Morne Coubaril mixes history and adventure. The plantation tour shows the old sugar mill, cocoa and cassava processing and the workers’ village; the zip-line runs several lines through the forest canopy with views of Petit Piton; and horseback rides head towards the coast. There is a restaurant with a terrace over Soufrière bay.
