Fond Doux is one of the oldest working estates in Saint Lucia. Guided tours walk through the cocoa groves, show the fermenting and sun-drying houses and demonstrate the traditional “cocoa dance” used to polish the beans. Short trails lead to viewpoints over Petit Piton.
Lunch of Creole dishes is served on the estate and it pairs well with Sulphur Springs and Tet Paul nearby.
