Anse La Raye’s Friday Fish Fry is a more relaxed, family-oriented alternative to Gros Islet. Villagers set up grills along the waterfront street with the day’s catch — fish, lobster, crab, conch — plus floats, bakes and local drinks. It starts early evening and winds down before midnight.
